I need to track my parcel and the phone rings and

I posted a parcel with Aramex on the 20th from JHB to Mdantsane - East London. When i try to call the East London office the phone just rings and no one is picking up. I had a similar issue in December when i sent a parcel to Mdantsane via Aramex, it took more than a week for the parcel to reach the destination and i even had to change the address to a Cambridge address for the parcel to be delivered. Even then i couldnt reach the East London office on the phone and Head Office told me they have telephone issues. 5 moths later could they still have telephone issues? Aramex apparently has an agent that delivers in Mdantsane and when i tried to track my previous parcel with their head office i was told that their records show that it was delivered and there was no one in the house. I made sure my mother is home for that whole time she couldnt go anywhere because she waiting for delivery and her phone was on the whole time. I thought it would be better this time because its not a busy time like December. It's just not fair that Aramex cannot give me a day for when the delivery will be done because now people have to be stuck in the house so as not to miss the delivery.
