I have been waiting

This is my last hope at being taken seriously by Aramex. My shipment landed in cape Town on the 6th. 11 days later, and I still have not received it. I have not been given any explanation even when I call. Last week Thursday, I was told that I would receive it the following day because the driver sent it back to them. How? Because the driver never attempted to make a delivery. He never called me and what really annoys me is that I have to keep on making arrangements to make sure someone is there to receive it.

These courier companies need to take township based customers seriously or reject us altogether. Don't take our money and then not take us seriously.
