I don't trust Aramex with my Shein order or my money

I am experiencing the same bad service with my Shein order as the other posters,. The order has been logged in at OR Thambo. Now I am scared to pay the customs WHEN/IF I am informed by Aramex, because I am not sure Aramex will deliver the goods, and not just keep the money.
