I believe aremex *****s our parcels and they have rude staff

Aremex has been keeping my parcel since july, they never bothered to tell me my parcel was held by customs until i kept calling. Until today i have not recieved my shoes.been waiting for 2months since they said they are sending my documents to customs. Daren Naido from aremex is handling my oder and he is very rude he doesn't even care to update me
