i am so dissapointed with ARAMEX, they keep on promising that their team will contact me they dont, i want my parcel now.

I gave them my address the guy called me during the day Tuesday that they are near by my police station I must go and collect my parcel, I told them that my work place is far from my area I cannot, can I give them my work address they promised to bring my parcel at my work place the following day it was, until today m still waiting what worries me is that I need to post that parcel to EC it needs to be there before Monday m so disappointed with Aramex.
