I am so disappointed to Aramax.

I was expecting my order from shein from 15 to 19 I made I sent two emails to make follow up on my parcel no one responded, I called them they kept me waiting for on our on telephone line. Today when I call them, they told me that they won't deliver because I didn't pay customs, how do I pay customs when I am not given a link and amount to pay. They said they will send me a link after talking to them till now, I have not received the link. They parcel that they need to deliver to me is important me. All my Christmas gift are there.
