I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SERVICE

I am extremely disappointed in Aramex South Africa, I have been waiting for days for my shipment from Capetown... and when it finally got to the point where it should've been dropped off at my house... the following words were said to me via SMS "Dear Tian Engelbrecht Aramex attempted to deliver your ClickWay Couriers order **************** Unfortunately, you werent available. We will contact you to arrange an alternative date"

When infact I was home, waiting for it to be delivered, so not only did the driver lie, they basically stole my stuff that I bought???? Because I was home and no one contacted me to say they were outside my gate, neither did we see anyone drive by nor did I see them try and contact me whatsoever, this business is not your courier company to use because where is my shipment, where is my notification that you tried to contact me to say you were here, the customer care services also don't answer their phones, they don't help you and I would really much like to know where Is my Shipment, how am I supposed to tell the people where their gifts are for Christmas? This company has to close their doors very soon, unless they bring me my parcels.
