I am at my witts end with Aramex please dont use them

My parcel has been stuck at customs for over a month now, Aramex wants to know what is inside my box now, the company that I buy make up from sends a variation of make up each month and we as buyers don't know what exactly we will get into our box, and I am telling Aramex to open my box and check for themselves as it is make up that is inside the box, and they just refuse to assist me to get my parcel to me which I paid for in full, quick to take the money but not very quick to deliver the service that I am paying them for, I am so sick of emails up and down to them trying to get them to assist me, their service is absolutely appauling
