I am appalled!

Aramex has to be the worst delivery company on planet earth and beyond!

My package was set to arrive on 12 August 2021 but they kept delaying it.Each time I called to follow up I was told that the delivery is in transit and should get to me within a day or so. Yesterday I received an sms saying that “ Dear Customer, Please contact at +*** regarding the status of your shipment number # as we could not reach you.”

I can assure you that they DID NOT TRY TO CALL ME! At all!!!

I sent them a strongly worded email asking for all the details pertaining to the hijacking and I am yet to receive information on that.

This delivery company is genuinely ruining people’s businesses and I wish more people could bid farewell to aramex and find other alternatives!

I am appalled! Disgusted!
