Huge price diffrence

The reason for this complaint is simply the bad service and price. We got a quotation from Time Fright South Africa for a package that we wanted to send from Pretoria to Cape town. We got a quote for R3700. At the time we wanted to send the package they were already closed and we decided to use Aramex. We used the normal courier (not express) and got a bill for almost R9000. I then phoned a Gream that works for Aramex and he told me that he will speak to the accounts department and then will come back to me. 2 weeks after that i have heard nothing of them. I then send him a email again to know what was going on and he told me that he is not in the office and will call me in max 3 hours. Well that did not happen. Then i tried to phone him again after a few days with no answer again. The all of a sudden got a mail telling me that they cant do anything about the price. The package was a inflatable slide that was fitted on a pellet. There was 5 blowers with that that was 100kg in total. I told him that for double the price that he charged me I could have send a whole link from pretoria to cape town. His words is simply the price is the price. I think that is company is a total *******.
