How Rude!!!

I got 2 missed calls from ********** 306 and decided to call back. Truecaller could not recognize the number. The guy answered and I was nice to him asking how he is doing and that I got a call from this number. I then asked "who is this?" instead of telling me that he is from Aramex he said "who am I speaking to?" why should I disclose my identity to a number that even truecaller cannot recognize. I told him that he has to tell me who he is because I don't know who is he and with so much ****s being done just over the phone, I cannot just reveal my identity. He went on about teaching me "manners" and he was actually rude. He then decided to just hang up on my ear and I never got my parcel which was suppose to be delivered on the day. I did track the parcel and it shows that it actually went out for delivery but never reached me.
