How more unreliable can you get

How more unreliable can you get. A parcel was sent on a Monday, delivery promised within 3 to 4 working days. Its is now 8 working days later, and the parcel still has not been delivered. The call centre agents are unable to provide correct information, I have been told for 3 days that the recipient will have the parcel the next day. The online tracking does not work, the information is not updated timeously (oddly the updates seem to happen after I make a call to Aramex). I would rather use the SA Post office. Pay less, the agents know more, the tracking is accurate and the delivery time is as promised. Even if it is at a snails pace, at least you know from the start and don't have high expectations.
