How is this company still in business?????

Been waiting three weeks for my parcel from USA, get a notice before Easter "failed delivery attempt" then today get a message item delivered to myself-I DONT HAVE MY ITEM, IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME. Show me proof of my signature. This has to be the most useless company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with or it is a syndicate *****ing our stuff.
