Horrifying service
I will never use Aramex again!!!! A parcel sent from the US has disappeared - TWICE. First the vendor gave the wrong tracking number, but Aramex in the US never responded to my queries about the bogus parcel number. Had they responded, the error would not have taken 4 weeks to discover.

The vendor eventually handed the correct parcel over to Aramex on 19 October. When the parcel was released by Customs, I received a customs invoice for about R400 more than it should have been because it had been incorrectly categorised.

The parcel was finally released for delivery on 4 November, but it gets better: today is the NINTH OF NOVEMBER and I still haven't received my parcel!!!!! Now that I have paid courier fees for a speedy delivery that never happened and paid more customs duties than I should have, it now appears that my parcel has magically disappeared from Aramex's stores. Even if it is somehow found, by now it is quite possible that the package may have been heat damaged and therefore useless.

I want a full refund of the purchase price, shipping fees and customs paid to date, plus an official letter of apology.
