Horrific service to a loyal customer

I ordered a R517 shirt and shipped it using my Aramex Global Shopper acc. Paid the R199 shipping (item was in the UK) Was charged R468 customs. I opened a case saying it’s impoosible to have over 80% customs charge. I know it’s anout 42% customs and 14% Vat, which would make it just over R300. Aramex claims its admin fees. I have never had to pay a admin fee on my AGS acc. I told them to the Item as it was worth it then. I just Got a call from the manager, threatening to close my acc if I don’t pay. Really?? I told him I have shipped 12 parcels over the course of 1.5mths and had planned even more. It is there loss to close it as I was a very good client. Rather use shipitto. Exactly the same service as AGS without the attitude and ‘admin’ fees. Aramex is ******** us now
