Horrific service delivery

I order items from SHEIN. The transaction rather smooth with Shein. Until it landed in South Africa. The items should have been in my hands mid October. Every week atleast twice a week I either email or call Aramex. Every time I get the same generic answer of "we will get back to you". Nothing ever happens at Aramex they have staff that cannot think on their feet and they can only answer with the same standard answer. Completely unable to assist a customer.
