Horrific delivery service!!

Aramex was supposed to deliver an OVERNIGHT parcel (which they got paid for as these services are usually more expensive than deliveries that takes a longer while). It's DAY 4 already and STILL NO PARCEL. I phoned their Customer care on 07/12/2020 and was informed that the drivers have more deliveries than they can handle, but this will be prioritized for delivery before close of business on 07/12/2020. It's 18h45 and NO DELIVERY YET!!

This was an anniversary gift, which ARAMEX has managed to completely spoil for me!!
