HORRIFIC ARAMEX SERVICES

My order from China was sent out on the 12th October and according to Aramex tracker it was out for delivery yesterday (23/10/2024). I waited from morning to 17:30 for my parcel but it wasn't delivered. During the day I called the Aramex Joburg office and the impatient agent who answered just said I should wait because according to his tracker my parcel is on its way - the driver is still delivering, he is coming.

Later after all the waiting I checked the tracker and it says they couldn't get hold of me. Lies. Aramex should be discontinued, banned by the Consumer Ombudsman if there such because they don't respect us as customers.
