Horrific Aramex services

If i could give less than 1 star as a rating, i totally would. if any one is planning on using Aramex as their preferred courier company, DO NOT USE THEM. you will regret. I have used them for years and they have lost a couple of my packages and had total we don't give a damn and disregard attitude for their bad services.

To this day all i'm told is that the packages were delivered to the wrong person, HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM?????? thats why i pay you to deliver and take good care of the packages.

My Company has lost money to this terribly run courier company

They are UNAPOLOGETIC about their terrible services. i posted a package that was handed to a third party agent on the 19th yet no one knows why the packages has not been delivered to my client. each time i call i am told Mam we will send you an email or call you to let you know whats going but true to their horrific services and style i am yet to receive any communication from them.

DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!!
