Horrible. Wish I could give less than one out of 5.

Just to be clear, this review is based on multiple experiences, so this is not a case of a isolated incident. On multiple occasions I feel that I have been treated in a rude and absolutely unhelpful manner by the staff at Aramex Stellenbosch. The staff themselves seem utterly incapable of even the simplest of tasks and often treat customers as if we owe them for giving us the pleasure of paying them. On multiple occasions, staff members have called to set up a delivery time, and then just never pitched. No call , no text. The latest example of this utter disregard for customer service came on the 14th of December 2017. THEY called and said the the package could only be delivered after hours between 17:00-20:00. And then to the surprise of uhm no-one, nothing!!. Not even a text. This begs the question, how are you still in business?
