Horrible Services

I ordered a 2 packages on the 3rd of October from Shein the estimated delivery date was the 23rd till the 26th.They sent an sms on the sms for to pay for customs on the 4th of November mind you the packages are still not sent so I payed then waited again onw package arrived on the 9th of November but the other didn't come.I've been emailing Shein but they are not replying Aramex is rhe worst everytime when I call each consultant gives me different information and they are rude because they don't give proper information and then they deliberately dropped the phone on my ear. I have had with them the better just bring my money back since ****ty services.
