Horrible service that LITERALLY DOESN'T DELIVER!!!!

Aramex SA has really let me down, the so called over night courier company has not met expectations. I sent a package through Aramex Thursday 18 April 2019 and Today is Thursday 25 April 2019 and package is not yet delivered. When I phoned YESTERDAY, they said it would be delivered YESTERDAY, but its a day later already and nothing has been delivered. When trying to phone TODAY AGAIN. I was waiting for a consultant for the longest time and then my minutes and as well as my airtime ran out to try and get in touch with a consultant from customer service. I tried to send emails and laid a complaint on their website and NO RESPONSE! THIS IS THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!! 1 WEEK FOR A OVERNIGHT COURRIER????? WHERE IS MY PACKAGE???
