Horrible service, package never delivered,

It is never a good idea to send anything uding Aramex Services. On their website their promise 72hours service delivery but they are just misleading consumers. I sent out a parcel on the 11th of August 2025 from Centurion to Dainfern Square (about 28km from the pick up location). Today is the 19th and still the parcel has not been delivered.

I contacted them and they were just all over the place about the drop off address and couldn’t really tell if i was the shipper or the receiver. When i phoned the receiver they told me Aramex phoned them citing the wrong address and promised that the package will be rerouted and delivery to be attempted the next day, but still nothing. It’s quite. No word or timeline of exactly when this package will reach its destination.
