Horrible service, no tracking.

Sent a parcel at the Aramex dropbox at PnP Keywest in Krugersdorp on Monday, 29/6. It was after 16:00, so I knew that pickup would only happen on the next day. The parcel was supposed to go to East London (which I don’t think is an outlying area). More than 24 hours later, there is still no information on the tracking number. So either my parcel has been ******, or hasn’t been picked up yet.

The customer service is TERRIBLE. It is difficult to find the contact number to speak to an actual human being! The bot on the website is of no assitance. I am now going to have to refund the lady who purchased the “sent” items from me. Bad, bad service! Would not recommend.
