Horrible service! ***** - next day delivery my $%!

4 days now - still no delivery for so-called \next day delivery". Call centre staff are the most unhelpful I have yet come across. Their tracking system is pathetic: \""we've handed it to the agent and the agent has 48 hours to deliver\"" - and they won't tell you who \""the agent\"" is"

Hello Jan von Geldere,

I apologize about the delay in the delivery of your shipment, I attempted to contact you unsuccessfully on your mobile phone. I have checked with the agent who delivers in the area, and they have confirmed that the delivery will happen today before 15:30 pm this afternoon.

I will ensure that I follow through with the agent until the delivery is finally achieved today.
