Horrible service!!!!! I can’t believe how poor it Aramex customer service is!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I don’t know where to begin, a lost package, zero evidence of where the package is (no tracking info further than- out for delivery), zero communication. I have phoned 6 times, with waiting times of 8 or more minutes before anyone answers a phone, just to be told they will get back to me, as to date not one single phone call back or email. I have lost about R400 due to the lost package and not including the airtime I have spent trying to get answers.
