Horrible service: How did you attempt delivery if you didn't contact the receiver to tell them you've arrived

I was supposed to receive a delivery on the 19th of May, and when I check on the Aramex site the status is "Attempted delivery - customer not available - delivery rescheduled", I've been calling Aramex for the past 3 days to tell them the delivery person never arrived to try deliver, yet for the 3rd time now the status is that I was not available when they tried to deliver, no one even contacted me to say they're here for the delivery. Have to hold for over 10 minutes to finally speak to a person.
