Horrible Service from this company

Very bad service from this company. My order arrived on the 28th July from USA, they've been delaying my order. I called them last week they said the order is still in customs. I called them yesterday they said it takes 3 working days for them to deliver after the order gets to SA, but til today, my order is still delayed in customs.
