Horrible service from customs

I've made use of their global shopper programme and my parcel has been sitting without updates for 15 days! I've been calling almost daily with different people promising me I'd receive my customs invoice by the end of that day but still nothing. At this point I'd take the risk of using our ****ty postal service instead, at least then I won't be flushing almost R400 down the drain to wait just as long as I currently am
