Horrible service from Aramex- Tracking number DBP***

I have received a horrible service from Aramex, my parcel has been with them for the past 3 days, the Johannesburg team is worse. You only get your parcel if you call them and calling them is another hustle, they do not respond and you wait on line for ever.

They are just the worst courier service ever and I do not even understand why sellers use these guys , they are just pathetic and customer service was not part of their syllabus. It’s they are doing you a favour when you have paid for the service.
