Horrible service from Aramex

Aramex is giving us horrible service. We have an issue with our consignment sent on the 27th of November way bill number DBP ********** 5925. According to the tracking system it shows it arrived at their Pietermaritzburg office on the 29th of November and up to today it is still sitting there. Tried calling their office 5 times today and was kept on hold for more than 10 mins before the line was dropped. No one has called me back yet.
