Horrible Service, Dishonest and Unprofessional!!

I wish companies like Incredible Connections SA would tell us before we place our orders who they use as their in house couriers. What they did to me was make a missed call and claim they came to deliver and didn’t find anyone. However, i immediately call the number because i thought it was someone who didn’t have airtime from work or something and no one answered till date!! To top things off is that i was outside the whole day doing yard work so there was no way I could’ve not seen the delivery guy, at around 17H00 before i entered the house i ask the last time for delivery, they said 6pm and they never came. They then saved my number under the no answer list because they never took my calls since.

If you think Aramex SA is bad stay in a small town like Newcastle and multiple that horrible experience by 50!!!!
