HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

I ordered from Shein on the 21st and the 23rd of Dec. Luckily both parcels were shipped on the same day. The first order was handed over to Aramex, unfortunately, and the 2nd one to iMile. I already have the iMile package since the 2nd of Jan. The Aramex one, is in OR Tambo since the 2nd not sure doing what there, and there has since been no movement. I have not even been billed for customs yet. Horrible, service!!
