HORRIBLE SERVICE

On Tuesday the 18th of August my parcel left Jhb to CPT. Today its Wednesday the 26th of August. Its been more than a week and its still not delivered. Everytime I call I am told that the parcel is with the driver. No one seems to be holding this driver accountable.

Even when you call the call centre you get promised that they will check the driver but no one even cares to give a feedback until I make a phone call.
