Horrible service @ Aramax custom

Most horrible experience ever. It can take up to 5days for them to send you a custom invoice. You'll loose money calling them, end up spending over the value of the goods you shipping. A very big supplier in China has just got rid of them cause customers are forever complaining. My parcel took 7 days just to leave China warehouse. Another 5 days to get customs invoice. "Lightning fast service they say"
