Horrible Service Aramex

On the 9th Jan 2022 I went to Southgate Pick n pay to corrier my child school shoes to free state Bothaville by using Aramex, I know and understand that Aramax does not work on Weekends so expectations was at least latest before school reopens my child will have received her shoes since aramex do door to door, till today the parcel has not been received my child is still going to school with unwanted school shoes that needs to be worn at school, I then went to Pick n pay Southgate to enquire about my parcel I was then told that the parcel will arrive on Thursday13Jan2022, The driver even called the receiver that they are on the way but Thursday came with no parcel received, on Friday I then went to Pick and Pay at parkmeadows to enquire again about the parcel then the lady who was assisting tried to get hold of Aramex with no luck I then left and try to get number's for aramex myself.. . Everyday till to date I have been contacting aramex to track about my parcel that I have sent since the 9th Jan 2022...My Child school shoes have not been received since... Yesterday I called again and I was told that the driver is on the way with my parcel to its destination, they apologized and said the delay was because of the flooding they even promised to get back to me which it never happened, I'm waking up to this day with the parcel still not received, I then called again today to track the parcel again they told me again that they will get back to me as they are unable to get hold of the agency That have my parcel, I then requested to speak with the manager in charge I Was told that manager is not available Thabiso will call me in space of the manager, it's now 11am since I called in the morning at 8 o clock.,Thabiso never got back to me to give me feedback .... What A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPIERIENCE...... I have been using Aramex and I have never received such a service at aramex, I trusted them but I have never thought such a poor service with them will happen..... I want nothing to do with Aramex I only need aramex to bring back my parcel as they failed to deliver it to its destination... I will never corrier my parcels with aramex going forward......
