Horrible service and very bad courier service

Horrible service, every time I call in I am always put on hold and no one ever resolves my issue. I have a parcel that was shipped to me, which aramex collect on the 30th of June for overnight delivery which means it should have been delivered on the 1st. It's now the 6th and still have not received it. Their over night delivery promise is a lie of being delivered by 12 the next day.
