Horrible service and *********** staff!!

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers on the 20th of November 2024 and only received my order on the 17th of December 2024.When i contacted aramex on the 12th of December 2024 to find out what was the reason for the delay ,i was told that they don't deliver in Alexandra township.I gave them a new address in Lyndhurst and they **** again and said that they attemlted to call me on the 13th to deliver my package and apparently i was not answering my phone and that time they didn't even call me.I contacted them again on the 14th to give them the alternative contact details and was told that i would receive my package on the 17th since they don't make deliveries on holidays.To my suprise i received a missed call on the morning of the16th December post my night shift to say that they came and turned back because there was no answer and they didn't even bother to call the alternative contact details that i provided.I'm pleading with the management of aramex to hire competent people who actually want to do their job.
