Horrible service and lazy driver

On Tuesday morning I received a sms from this company saying package was delivered, I called Bloemfontein branch telling them I haven't received any package the lady said it's system error. Next thing I was told to call Joburg branch.. their service is horrible and drivers are rude and lazy to drive they'll tell you to meet in town that time you paid door to door 🚮
