Horrible service and late delivery

My girlfriend and I bought an expensive pair of shoes from a private seller on the 22nd of December witch was supposed to be a Christmas present!! the seller informed us that he will send the shoes thru Aramax. Since we had never used Aramax before we were not so sure but after visiting their website and reading their claimed 'no more than 72 hours' delivery we went ahead with it. When the seller sent the shoes he was assured it will take no longer than 48 hours to get to my doorstep. Today is the 28th and still no parcel. Every time we call it's tomorrow, tomorrow. I think this service is pathetic and I will definitely NEVER use Aramax again. I work in the import and export business I will never suggest Aramax to anyone. Oh and the cherry on top is when I complained on Aramax Facebook page it got deleted. Highly highly irritated with Aramax what's worse is that I actually paid for this horrible service. Never again!
