Horrible service and highly unprofessional

Hi,

I am happy unhappy with the level of service received from Aramex, I ordered things from Clinique on the 21st of December 2024, and received an email informing me that my parcel would be delivered on the 27th of December 2024. Today, it the 6th of January 2025 and I still have not received my parcel and when I try to track it on the Aramex website, it shows that the parcel is still in transit and that has been the case since last week. The level of service has been appalling and highly unprofessional. I'm not sure whether my things have been ****** because I'm not getting any assistance from Aramex regarding my issue.
