Horrible Service

Asked for my address to be changed 3 times, poor driver drove to the before address due to the incompetence of the people working there. I emailed 3 people never got back to and also called twice and they said they changed it but only to find out they didnt

They are quick to respond when money is involved but for actual help BULL

The driver is nice enough to put pressure on them to deliver to the correct address by next week

Other couriers actually pay attention to you and hear you, unlike aramex

I don’t understand how they are still running with all these reviews ???
