Horrible service

I am extremely unhappy with my experience with Armax. I was promised my order would be delivered today, and when 5 o’clock came and there was still no driver, I phoned to follow up. I was told they would contact the driver and get back to me. I was again assured that the driver was running late but would definitely still arrive.

Well, guess what? He never came.

Their service is terrible, their promises mean nothing, and the employees were completely unhelpful. We also have jobs and responsibilities — we can’t just sit at home waiting whenever it suits them.

Unfortunately, I will not be recommending Armax to anyone.
