Horrible service

I am so disappointed in the service received from Aramax. I have expected my parcel since the 18th of December, I have followed up with them multiple times and the agents are not able to advise why my package still has not arrived and when I can expect it. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my little sister. I tried the live chat with an agent on WhatsApp again yesterday got no response. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with this pathetic service.
