Horrible Service

Worst of the worst.....wish I could give less than one star, they don't pick up phones at call center (probably all complaints). Parcel sent from Tanzania on 8th Sept, in Jhb on 12th waiting for clearance till 21st, now it's 23rd and still at airport......What a useless excuse for service is this company, and yet no effort to get better since my first horrible experience 4 years ago.
