Horrible service

I placed an order at USN, they then seemed to make use of Aramex, which might make me reconsider even buying products from USN directly as well. The first day, I chatted to them and asked for my order to be rescheduled as no one was home, they rescheduled for the next day, I had to make arrangements to be home, and was sitting and working when I checked my tracking status and the delivery guy updated it with no one home, apparently he hooted, but I didn't hear anything. So on whatsapp chat again asked lady can the drive please just give me a call to let me know they are there, and they advised they will do that. So Scheduled again for Tuesday after easter, I make arrangements again, at 15:00 check my delivery tracking and it says, not enough time to deliver, this was updated before 15:00, when their SMS says before 17:00, do they just decide nope, not you. so then finally today, again updated to no one home, even though my car is in the driveway, and I received no call, what am I to do here, surely giving me a 2 second phone call to just say hey, outside is not that much to ask?
