Horrible Service!

A parcel was sent out to me on Tuesday the 12th of January, I queried my parcel on Thursday the 21st of January (already a long time after it should have arrived!), I was told it was at the warehouse and someone would contact me to make delivery arrangements. Still to today, no one has contacted me about my parcel. I phoned this morning and I was told an “email” was sent to someone at the warehouse to inform them to contact me. It has been nearly two weeks since my parcel was sent, why have I paid for an “overnight” service, if I had gone with the cheaper option courier, I would have received my parcel by now. Absolutely unacceptable. Will not be using this service again!
