Horrible Service!!!!!!!

I dropped off my parcel on 23 May 2020, it is now 15 June and it has not arrived at destination. Nobody answers the customer care line, they put me on hold until it switches itself off, I have tried all possible communication avenues ( Messenger, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telephone) and still I have received no assistance, it is just quiet. I own a small business and now I have to pay back my customers even though my products are nowhere to be found.
