Horrible Service

Terrible service, website keeps crashing, android app keeps crashing and the call centre consultants does not know what to do when you ask them for service.

The have an online credit payment system but it doesn't work, could not even do an EFT cause it also did not work. They told me the only option is to travel to the depot to make payment in 2019 and they still require you to travel to they place of business to make payment for a terrible service.
