Horrible service

Horrible service from Aramex Jhb, my package was meant to arrive on the 25/03/2025 as communicated but no one came and when I check in their website they wrote 'Attempted Delivery - Customer Not Available ' no one contacted me and to date the package has not arrived. It is only after I contacted Aramex that they started the process again for the package to be delivered on the following week. I am not happy at all with these guys !!!
